Terms of Use

Welcome to Symmetra.fit ("Symmetra," "we," "our," or "us"), operated by Prashant Nigam. By accessing or using the Symmetra platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Symmetra during the beta period. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use Symmetra.

2. Not a Medical Device

If you have severe pain, a recent injury, surgery, a medical condition, or worsening symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using Symmetra or following any exercise plan.

3. User Safety & Responsibility

You are responsible for using Symmetra safely and within your physical capabilities. You should:

• Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, tingling, or worsening symptoms.
• Consult a healthcare professional if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before using the platform.
• Perform all movements in a safe environment with adequate space and footing.
• Skip any exercise or movement that causes discomfort or pain.
• Not use Symmetra as a replacement for professional medical care, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation.

4. Beta Service

Symmetra is currently in beta. The assessment, scoring system, and exercise plans are being tested and improved. Results may not always be accurate and should be used as general fitness guidance, not medical advice. We may change, pause, or discontinue any features at any time during the beta period without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, scoring systems, user interface, branding, algorithms, and materials on the Symmetra platform are the property of Prashant Nigam and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data or content.
• Use Symmetra for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or to our systems.
• Use Symmetra results to market, sell, or promote medical services or products.

7. Privacy

Your use of Symmetra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symmetra.fit and Prashant Nigam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to injury, discomfort, pain, or any health-related outcomes. You use Symmetra entirely at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Symmetra is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Symmetra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
